Do you accept returns?

At Foodbury, we thoroughly check the products before sending them your way. We check the shelf life and overall condition of the package. Therefore, we accept returns only if a package is received in damaged condition. Please inform us of the same within 2 working days of receiving the goods. We will replace it at no extra cost to you.

How do I cancel an order I have placed on the website?

You can cancel your order any time you like. We will refund the entire amount if the cancellation is done before the goods are shipped. However, if the goods have been shipped and received by you, then we will replace only if the goods are received in a damaged condition.
